Great experience. All staff members I interacted with were polite & kind. I went in for an oil change & inspection. They were really busy but I felt I was in & out in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend. I was very well pleased. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

My Automotive Guardian Angels! I’m so grateful to have “car guys” that are trustworthy and competent. I’ve taken my (now older) car to Mike’s for years, both for routine service and for times when I’ve managed to get my car to limp to their lot after hours, dropped my key in the drop box, and then left them a voicemail to explain. I highly recommend them!

I have been coming to this shop for the past 5 years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are honest and reliable, I have never had a problem at all, they served my three cars and I did all the inspections there as well. I am relocating out of state and I hope I can find a great shop like this. Thank you Brad for everything, you guys rock!

Honest and friendly. Trust is so important in vehicle servicing and Mike’s is one of those. I took my car in to do a 30K mile recommended service for my Lexus. After they checked a few items on that list he called to tell me the 30K service was done a long while back. (I had forgotten it was done at 17K in order to take advantage of the warranty that was about to run out.) Not all mechanics would have looked that up and told the customer. This was a $400 value I could have lost. Needless to say, they clenched this future customer. (This review over-wrote a previous one that was also excellent. Couldn’t see a way to add a new one)

Had some major issues with both our family cars and I could no longer trust my former auto shop. The crew at Mike's diagnosed and repaired both cars (a 2006 and a 2013) and they did great work . A few weeks after the repairs, both are riding smoothly and I even noticed that my fuel efficiency has improved. Also, your online Service and Repair History is great for personal record-keeping. Spread the word, this crew is good! Keep it up guys.
