I had issues with my Chevy impala. I had taken it to 2 other places prior Smiths gave me the correct diagnosis and instead of asking $1800 to repair suggested I call corporate due to being a common issue. Corporate paid half the cost but it had to be done by a dealership garage. I didn’t have to pay Smiths anything. I trust them to be honest and later had them replace an engine in an Equinox and 6 months in it’s running like new.

Smith Automotive Services...WOW...Just WOW...if you are like me, and know very little about your vehicle, these are the guys you can trust 😉 just purchased a car, and took it to them...they are professional, reasonably priced, and they do the job correctly...the phone never stops ringing for a reason...

It was a great experience. I was 3rd to get serviced and spent less than 45mins from start to finish. I'd recommend Smith's 10x's over.

Smith automotive did a great job on my alignment for my 10th gen Civic SI. They got me in exactly when they said they would. I was out in an hour with great service and they've solved the problems with no additional fees or parts needed. I highly recommend these guys. Their prices are fair and their service is excellent. That's hard to find in the automotive industry nowadays.

I was referred to Smith Automotive several years ago, it was perhaps, the best referral I've ever gotten. Our family is blessed to now, know the owners, since they are honest, personable, and driven to serve their customers. Darrell and Fred know their business and deliver on their work. They do not " parts chase," which many shops practice. If they cannot diagnose problem, they won't just replace parts hoping to fix problem. Very knowledgeable, well ran business. My father always said that you don't eat at a restaurant that has a skinny cook, or one that has few cars in their parking lot.
