What an excellent experience! The team at bill black were informative, concise, communicative when parts were unavailable, and navigated a very strange shortage of parts very well! I really like the text messaging service that kept me informed as well as the fact that you would CALL me after replying to the texts. Thanks to the whole team for their hard work and dedication. Would recommend for anyone looking for a swift, informative experience.

took awhile to get the parts. but that's not their fault. once they had the parts needed they were very fast on the repairs and the results are fantastic! before and after pictures included

Was recommended by my insurance but it took two weeks for them to look at the car. Received absolutely no communication regarding how long it would be, what they found when they examined the car, or when it would be ready. I had to call in to find out anything and every time I called whoever could answer the question was on break and so they had to call me back later. They did fix it and nothing was stolen so I gave it two stars but don't use them if you expect your card fixed quickly or know anything about the process while it's happening.

Recently completed repair was a major one, the manager Brent was always directly available to go over any and all questions I had throughout the entire process either in person or on the phone. Truck looks amazing, and I got it back ahead of schedule. Highly recommend
