Tony, the store manager at the Friendly center location is an awesome guy. Very nice, personable and conversational. Also got me in right away for a tire change and did a great job! Everyone that works there was very nice, including the mechanic and the office lady's

Tony Rita is the best!! He keeps me laughing and gives me great discounts. His entire staff is efficient, very kind, respectful and helpful. I also get a good education in a field I have little knowledge of. I am 62 years old and i can honestly say this staff is the best i have ever experienced. Thank you so much Tony!!

Customer service and overall service was excellent. Tony, the manager, was clear in his timeline of when my car/tires would be looked at and then was clear in how long it would take to fix. He was professional and timely with his communication. We will continue to use this location for all needs going forward.

Best customer service I have had in a long time! Tony was able to squeeze me in 1 hour before closing for a set of new tires - defiantly a life saver since it was the only place open on a Sunday. He even put my spare tire back in the trunk compartment, despite it being packed to the brim from traveling. He seriously is the best!
